Will Briscoe Expert remove my old Appliance?

What is PRF ?
From the 13th of August 2005 retailers are obliged to take back WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) from members of the public free of charge. This new EU directive ensures that all historic WEEE products are collected, treated and disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
How does WEEE work?
Take back is on a one-for-one basis only and the product must be of a similar type or have performed the same function as the new product purchased. For example if you purchase a treadmill we will take back your old treadmill free of charge and ensure it is recycled in a safe and responsible manner. However if you buy a exercise, we will not take back your treadmill or elliptical.
How do I return my old product?
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging. Items such as laptops, home computers, and other equipment which contains a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been tampered with.
